Thank you for this....I see the Kinders are simply putting a line for each "vote". At any point in KDG do you progress to 4 straights & a slanted, then circling the 2 groups of 5? I value your input. Perhaps this is too abstract! I want to do what is developmentally appropriate. Thanks in advance,
Megan said her kinders were getting really confused during calendar time with the slant line. So, she wnt to 10 lines and a circle. She plans to come back to the slant line when she introduces the nickel.
