Thanks for the word families and making lists ideas. Once again, I am going to have to work on my making lists. I am doing apples this week, so I can start with this idea!!

What great ideas for the word families!!! When do you start your introduction to word families? On the one picture -are those cut-off gloves (The white tips)????
Also, what font porgram do you do use to make the dotted boxes?

Hey Maryann,
No problem! I start word families about the 3rd week. I know for many of them they are just doing it by rhyming words. But, hey I'm good with that--DI!!!!! Yes, they are cut off gloves. They are work gloves I get 5 pairs for 4 dollars at Home Depot. The dotted boxes are just text boxes. Once you insert the text box, just right click on the text box. You can change the color, thickness, and design of the text box.
