love it! in the middle of the year we start taking the students names off the word wall temporarily to look at the phonics that go into each name. once they have a good grasp on the basic sounds, they love to look at how the trickier sounds such as digraphs and vowels pairs come into play in their name! it's amazing how they are motivated simply by their names!
